Issues with v6.8.0.8

Hello all,

I am a plus user and have been having issues with my locations and photo gallery. I have submitted a ticket, tried all the help areas (by the way, most of the links are dead), but the issue remains. I'm wondering if there is a version I can rollback to so what I want will work properly? I like the product, heck I paid for it for nearly 10 years, but it is not delivering what I want.

Can you help me and others that might be having the same issue?

Hi Don!

I chatted with my support teams on this issue. Here's their response.

He can upgrade to WB7, but he states he is currently using WB+ which is not yet available for WB7. Also, WB7 has the same issue with photos (they’ve been unable to add new photos) and displays a number of advertisements which he probably doesn’t want since he’s using WB+.

The issues that he mentions are known issues that the engineers have been working on. They’ve been issues for quite some time and we keep trying to push for them to be fixed but the engineers have a number of different issues to work on with shifting prioritization based on the severity of the different issues.

Unfortunately, we’ve only been able to state that it’s a known issue that the engineers are working on to him.
