New Android version soon? And a bug report

Hi,

Looking forward to some new features - any ideas on when the next Android version will be out?  In the meantime, just wanted to comment on a couple of observations I've seen.  First is that on the main weather page, the peak wind gust reported doesn't match the direction of what is on the detailed page.  The gust direction reported on the main page is the direction from the "Avg" detail on the other page.  For example, the main screen at my current location shows "NW 19" as the gust, but in the details I see:

Current WNW 9

Gust NNW 19

Avg NW 9

My other comment I think is device specific, as my wife's device is fine.  I'm using a T-Mobile MyTouch 4G (HTC Glacier) running 2.3.4.  I don't her audible alerts, although they appear in the widgets just fine.  I've uninstalled, did a cold boot/battery pull, reinstall.  no luck yet.
