Welcome to the WeatherBug Mobile Support Group
Welcome to the new WeatherBug Mobile support group! We're changing the way we handle product support discussions by phasing out our old product support forums and replacing them with product support groups. Product support groups will make it easier for our support teams and developers to keep track of and respond to posts in these support groups, as well as make it easier for our developers to periodically send out messages to group members with updates concerning our various products and services. All in all, these product support groups are a major step up for increasing communication between our members, our support team, and our developers. We hope you enjoy these new support groups, and we look forward to hearing your feedback and assisting you!

Why did they stop doing the SMS messages? We got those so we could get WB Plus, but since they've discontinued the sms messages, we've lost Plus. I don't want to pay 20 a year for the program.

Send an email to backyard@weatherbug.com and I'll ask my support teams what's going on. I believe you can still subscribe to SMS messages through your carrier or another way. We'll work with you and see what we can come up with.
