Personal Weather Stations are primarily meant for individuals to install at their homes. Are you a school, government, or business organization? Click here to learn more about solutions for businesses from Earth Networks.

Impacts to Personal Weather Stations

Personal Weather Stations are not showing up properly on WeatherBug.com or WeatherBug's desktop and mobile apps at the moment. This is due to these apps being updated to a new "universal data feed" (known as Pulse). The end result will be a dramatically improved experience for Personal Weather Stations, including non-US stations. However, before data from Personal Weather Stations can properly flow into these apps and services, a rebuild of the Personal Weather Stations feed from scratch on the new "universal data feed" is required. The teams at both Earth Networks and WeatherBug are hard at work on this rebuild at the moment and getting closer to getting some results launched coming up. We will be posting announcements concerning this progress in our discussion forums below.

In the meantime, a PWS Graph page is available that can be used to view (and graph) data from Personal Weather Stations. This PWS Graph page can be accessed by clicking here, as well as there is a video on the site explaining how to access the PWS Graph page from the WeatherBug mobile apps.

If you have any specific questions about configuring your PWS, please use the contact form below. We have temporarily removed our older PWS documentation pages (which contained outdated information and broken links) while we work to revamp our PWS documentation (which will also include videos) built around our new PWS system. "Pardon our dust" while we work to revamp this information, and we'll personally work with PWS operators to answer specific PWS support questions while we're transitioning documentation.
