Overnight, we had some heavy down bursts that left 0.30 inch of precipitation. We were actually lucky, as some really heavy thunderstorms went through to the west of us, 3 to 4 inches and flooding. My Goodness, what's happening to our weather?? Another tornado watch in the western part of the state.

On the foreshore, we had cool weather all day. The temp this morning (8 am) was 54°F with the wind from the south at about 5 mph. Our high of 61°F showed up at 12 midday.…

Grey, Foggy Day in Quincy, MA

Yesterday was a generally warm day, mostly cloudy in the morning, breaking up with sunshine at lunchtime and then rain in the afternoon. We showed a high temp of 75°F though other areas displayed in excess.

Over the last two nights we have recorded 0.30" of rain, welcomed but still way short.

Thanks for the reply! It sounds like this member's issue could also be due to JavaScript not loading fully on this page. Like I said, we've heard reports of Javascript issues like this and are currently working on ways to clear the memory on our end more quickly so that Javascript issues don't remain for too long. These Javascript errors are also stored on your browser's end so it could be that this page failed to load once but since then, his browser has been displaying an old instance of the page from its cached memory.

 It will help to have him clear his browser's cache to ensure that he is not seeing an older instance of the page. Here are some instructions for clearing the browser's cache: http://www.ning.com/help/?s=clear+cache. Please note that he will have to restart the browser after clearing the cache.

Hello Hans,  Thank you for updating everyone.  Your pictures are outstanding.  I was born in Lawrence (wretched city) in 1946 and moved to Southie shortly there-after.  Left in 1964, joined the Navy and retired in 1994.  Lived in Marshfield from 1965-1981.  Moved to Fla. and moved here in 2006. Well, nice chatting with ya, neighbor......Mike

Tell your mother to evacuate the brisbane river has overflowed its banks all low areas are told to evacuate ASAP if the in 74 floods effected you they say get out if you live by water get out!
