Interior northeast as storm system from the south combines with cold low pressure system diving south from the northern planins!
These late winter storms are hard to predict due to temps and ground temp so stay tuned! Snowfall will depend on intensity, duration, and timing.

Many factors to come into play! Timing of cold northern system and southern low from the Gulf! Also, What time of day precipitation commences! During strongest sun liquid will be probable, but in the morning and overnight more snow will be likely! This is an extremely hard storm to predict when it comes to snowfall prediction! One European model had Pittsburgh with 12-18 inches of heavy wet snow which would be disastrous on trees and power lines!
