Rene' Bourgeois said… Field looks nice. Down here we have hit a very wet spell due to the overly warm gulf. Its now between 84-86F and its scary warm meaning we have not even topped it out cuz July and August still have to broil it even further. Last two weeks I have had a total of 11.6 inches and just nasty with the humidity.
Natalie Tapley said… Hello Mr. Malley!!! Well I recieved your comment in my email this evening. The last comment you made about high speed internet I'm sorry to say I don't recall seeing it before. We can get satillite high speed here in the area with the exception of one spot and that happens to be where our house sits. Behind us we have a mountain. In front of us the Bay of Fundy. To the right of us a small forest of trees. To the left of us a marsh. The satillite for internet is to the right of us in a SW position..right where the trees are all at. So we call ourselves a 'dead zone'. If a wind comes up and moves the trees it blocks the signal so because of that we cannot have the satillite either. So dialup it is.We rarely even get cell phone signals here. Now a couple of days ago I was sat down to my laptop and hadn't been online most of the day but had my windows on and up. When I opened my laptop up my weathereye was active and my FB was current to the minute with posts. I thought to myself, 'what the heck is going on here?" I looked on my taskbar and it was clear that I didn't mistakenly leave my internet on. Then I saw that my wireless was open and I'd somehow picked up a wireless signal from one of the neighbours! I've no idea which one because there are only two people near me that have the satillite internet and they always have but I've never been able to pick up on theirs. One of them must of gotten their signal boosted or something. I've no idea and everytime I run into them and am chatting I keep forgetting to bring it up to them. Anyways the signal comes and goes on it's own randomly but, when it is on for me sometimes it can last quite a while. So it's good when it's there and allows me to upload pictures a lot more easily than with just the dialup alone. Far as posting weather for Chance Harbour and New Brunsiwck where we have crazy winters most years this year is not one of them...we are in essence waiting for winter to arrive! So nothing to report really where every day has more or less been the same. I'm posting tonight though whether there is weather or not haha! Yes I will even upload a few pictures....just for you. Hope you are surviving the winter and are well!

Thank you so much for the kind welcome. This site looks like it could be alot of fun. There is only one thing Bob Stoops is at OU and Mike Gundy is at OSU. The thing is I am a big OU fan. LOL
Natalie Tapley said… Thanks for the comment Mike. The weather here in Chance Harbour NB has been unseasonably warm. We had a snow storm about a week or so ago and recieved about 30cm. Two days later it was all gone! The Canadian Meteorologists are calling for above average temperatures this winter. I'm happy to hear that as it can get pretty darned nasty here with New Brunswick's winters. I try to get on here more but I have problems uploading pictures. I am on dialup internet out here in the country...highspeed isn't available here. Some days are ok and other days because of the slow internet it's impossible and I really don't like posting the weather without an accompanying photo. Promise I will try more often than I have been. I love sharing the beauty of where I live with others!
Hi Mike;
I dragged my wife to Wyoming, that is how she escaped Utica. I was in the Air Force at Rome when we met. Then PCS to Wyoming, then Nebraska, left the service and went to St Louis, back to Wyoming and then to California. No need to go to Cuba, the desert here is nice and warm.
