We have about 5.5 inches of snow pack remaining which is quite a difference from a few days ago.  We never received the heavy rain that was predicted for us yesterday and we are very thankful for that.  There was 0.07" in my gauge this morning.   Although the road continues to be quite icy, it is passable.  Our forecast is calling for sun later today and that will be very welcome along with temps near 40F.  Hopefully, it will make a dent in the ice on the road and driveway.
