Looks like more showers will be stalling over the Philadelphia area again today due to a cold front that is not moving out the area. Yesterday morning there was just some showers around the area with some being heavy and mainly staying North & West of the city. Later in the afternoon, a TORNADO WARNING was issued for Chester, Philadelphia, Western Gloucester, & Camden counties until 4:15pm EDT. NO tornadoes were reported but there was some damage in Chester, PA. The Philadelphia Phillies baseball game had to be delayed due to the severe weather. National Weather Service did put out a Mesoscale Discussion at the time saying that there could be quick spin ups in the line and may cause some brief damaging winds or a tornado. Here was a picture of the sky before the storm was hitting

Today is a totally different story around the area. There may be some showers moving down from the North from the cold front that is stalled over New York State. This front should bring in some showers around the Delaware Valley and maybe some storms tomorrow afternoon. Should stay on the light side but you may get some heavier storms here or there. Wednesday, the skies will clear up and we will have sunny conditions for most of the upcoming days. Thursday will feel like fall with highs just barley getting near 80º. Weekend also looks pretty nice with temperatures in the mid to high 80s.
