Rain Should End Today - Indian River, MI

After a band of rain passed over us yesterday afternoon, the remainder of the day was quite nice and we were able to have a campfire last night.  This morning appears to be bright but I have heard some raindrops on my roof.  This was a surprise since nothing was showing up on radar.  Being Friday, we probably will see more campers come in today and my son will be one.  Skies are supposed to become partly cloudy and the weekend should be great.

Right now 8 AM, our temp is 42F, the humidity is 100% and winds are calm.  Visibility is 5 miles and some areas are reporting fog although I see none here.  The barometer is 30.24" and steady.  The dew point is 44F.  Skies are mostly cloudy and it has stopped raining at the moment.

OUR FORECAST:

  • Today:   Scattered showers before 2pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 67. West wind 5 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
  • Tonight:   Mostly clear, with a low around 39. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
  • Saturday:   Sunny, with a high near 69. Calm wind becoming northwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.
  • Saturday Night:   Mostly clear, with a low around 44. Calm wind.
  • Sunday:   Sunny, with a high near 79. West wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon.
  • Sunday Night:   Mostly clear, with a low around 56.

Thank you Hans.  Yes, it won't be long and the snow will be flying once again.
