Sunny With a High of 79 and Waiting for Huge Pacific Storm in So Cal

A strong ridge of high pressure will bring well above normal temperatures today, with mid 50s to mid 60s across the mountains and upper 60s to low 80s in the valleys. Minimum humidity will be mainly between 12% and 25% and winds will be light today. A series of Pacific storms will bring periods of rain to the area Thursday through the end of next week. The first storm will bring showers to Central California starting Thursday morning and to Southern California starting TINLAND EMPIRE NORTH (DEVORE):.
Wednesday
Sunny, with a high near 75. North wind 15 to 20 mph becoming light and variable in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
Wednesday Night
Mostly clear, with a low around 54. Calm wind becoming northeast around 5 mph.
Thursday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 68. Light and variable wind becoming southwest 5 to 10 mph in the morning.
Thursday Night
Rain likely, mainly after 4am. The rain could be heavy at times. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 52. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light in the evening. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
