The South Central Texas Weekend Weather Outlook

The weather for today, Saturday and Sunday will be another early Summer sample with daytime air temperatures in the low-80s under partly to mostly cloudy skies and the breezes out of a Southerly direction in the 12-18 knot range. Saturday night the winds will increase to the 18-25 knot range inland with 24-30 knots felt along coastal areas. There will be the slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm Saturday and Sunday.
Nighttime air temperatures will hover in the lower-70s under partly cloudy skies. The breezes will be out of a Southerly direction and will be pretty brisk in the 14-30 knot range.
The 'Flood Warning' for the Trinity river at Moss Bluff remains in effect today, however the river is expected to drop below 'Flood Stage' by Saturday morning. IF that occurs then the 'Flood Warning' will be removed.
With a forecast like this one, it would seem a good weekend for some outdoor activities which might include taking care of some of those late Spring early Summer tasks! Just keep an eye on the sky so you won't be surprised by a shower or thunderstorm.
