A STRONG HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE...BOTH AT THE SURFACE AND ALOFT...IS
CENTERED JUST OFF THE WEST COAST. IT WILL SHIFT SLOWLY EASTWARD
THROUGH FRIDAY. THIS WAS CAUSE GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS ACROSS
SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA AND A WARMING AND STRONG DRYING TREND. FOR
SATURDAY THROUGH MONDAY...THE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL BREAK DOWN.
THIS WILL LEAD TO INCREASING SOUTHWEST WINDS AND A SLOW COOLING AND
MOISTENING TREND.
INLAND EMPIRE:..
Today: Mostly sunny. Patchy frost in colder...wind sheltered locations in the morning. Highs 53 to 60. Light winds.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Lows 36 to 44 in wind sheltered areas to 43 to 49 in warmer locations. Light winds becoming east 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 25 mph overnight.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny. Warmer. Highs 63 to 70. Areas of winds east 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph becoming north with gusts to 25 mph in the afternoon.
Wednesday Night: Mostly clear. Lows 41 to 51. Light winds
