Gaithersburg Maryland VP2 backyard weather station report for Saturday, July 30, 2016

Saturday featured more clouds and rain, at times quite heavy especially in the early evening, which once again set a daily record for the date. Today's rainfall yielded a record setting 1.51" amount for July 30, surpassing the old record of 1.18" set back in 1996. Most of the daylight hours featured mostly cloudy skies, warm and humid (highs in the mid 80s - lows in the early AM in the muggy low 70s) with a light shower in the early PM.
